Live Project Procurement Support

Our project procurement support service provides our clients with a dedicated procurement team, to complete the specific procurement activities required for the project. JPS work as a seamless extension to the existing project team, allowing them more time to focus on the planning, engineering and the delivery phases. All while dynamically reducing the project delivery and overhead costs.


How do we do this?

The JPS team fully represent our clients in all matters concerning the Procurement and Supply Chain activities for the identified project packages only. This allows JPS to vastly reduce the man hour time allocation for procurement required on the project and negates the need for clients to directly employ or contract for a fixed time period.


Seamlessly delivering the following:

  • JPS develop the project specific Procurement Strategy, in conjunction with the Project Team.

  • JPS develop and manage the Project Procurement Schedule based on the latest package requirements.

  • JPS develop the project vendor list based on the clients existing accredited vendors where possible.

  • JPS compile and agree the project specific Invitation To Tender Documentation working with Engineering and Project Management team.

  • JPS formally contact and issue ITT document to those vendors as identified on the agreed Vendor List

  • JPS manage the ITT process and review all packages together with the project management and engineering teams to effectively analyse and score the responses in order to make an effective selection/recommendation.

  • JPS provide fortnightly procurement report back to the project team detailing all updated from the Procurement Schedule.

  • JPS manage all clarification requests and be the direct interface with the vendors during this process.

  • JPS compile the Package Recommendation Report for each package and issue to the client for their comments and approval.

  • Based on the recommendation JPS to support the award of each package to the successful provider. Issuing the Capital Equipment Purchase Order or Contract (depending on the package requirements).

  • JPS compile and issue Project Procurement Final Handover Report for the client.
