In order to achieve these goals JPS completed the following:
1. Initially JPS provided procurement Bid Support for the project. Assisting the estimating team with the cost build-up of priced rates and package equipment costs.
2. Developed a Procurement Strategy specifically for the project.
3. Established new Supply chain partners for key equipment, subcontractors, and ongoing material requirements.
4. Compiled and issued all Invitation to Tender documentation in line with the client and project requirements. Managed all bid reviews with the project team and successfully negotiated all project contractual terms to ensure suitable credit terms and risks mitigated.
5. Developed and managed the daily procurement schedule to ensure, Equipment, Materials and Subcon-tract packages were placed within the project forecasted timescales.
6. Produced monthly reporting for the project senior management team. Detailing all procurement activities within the period and highlighting all potential areas of risk or concern to the project.
